Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on xypars.com operated by XYPARS. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all shipping terms stated below.
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We provide free standard international shipping for all orders globally. No extra shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.Processing time excludes weekends and official public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
United States: 7–12 business days
Other countries & regions: 12–25 business days
All delivery times are estimated only, not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local postal efficiency, bad weather, holiday peak season or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Address Rules
Please fill in accurate, complete and detailed recipient name, address, postal code and valid contact phone number.
We are not responsible for delivery failure, loss or return caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number or unavailable recipient.
We do not support remote area modification or temporary address change after goods are dispatched.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send the official tracking number and tracking link to your registered email. You can check real-time logistics status online conveniently.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
All import duties, customs fees, local sales taxes and related clearance fees incurred during international delivery shall be borne solely by the buyer.We will not be responsible for any customs detention, fines or return costs caused by unpaid taxes.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If the package is returned to us for reasons such as unsuccessful delivery, recipient refusal or long-term unclaimed, the buyer needs to bear the round-trip shipping cost if requesting re-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel the order and deduct corresponding fees.
8. Damaged & Lost Goods
Please check the package carefully upon receipt. If items are damaged, missing or wrong items received, please contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos as proof.
We will assist to track lost parcels, but we shall not be liable for compensation for logistics loss beyond reasonable scope.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend shipping to certain countries or regions due to policy restrictions, logistics suspension or safety reasons. We will notify customers in advance and arrange full refund.
